Fancy Store's return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction with the product purchased from the store, and return and exchange are subject to the following conditions: Fancy Store grants the customer the right to request a return or exchange of products within (day) of receiving the order. The store accepts product exchange or return if the order arrives damaged or different according to the following conditions: 1- The products must be unused, in their original packaging, with intact tags and stickers, and in the same condition as when received. 2- The customer has not used, opened, or benefited from the products. 3- The shoe box has not been damaged or any accessories lost. *If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product or an incorrect order, Fancy Store bears the shipping, return, or exchange costs. *If the exchange is due to size, the customer bears all related shipping costs. *Return only if there is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect (excess threads and glue) that is not a manufacturing defect. In case of order return, the amount will be refunded to the customer's account within one to two weeks. Upon return, shipping fees are only refunded if there was an error by the store, whether a manufacturing defect or otherwise, and additional fees may be added depending on the return condition. There are no exchanges or returns for countries outside Saudi Arabia due to shipping costs and difficulty; please verify sizes before ordering.
